Mary's practice is focused on a wide range of civil defense litigation matters, including personal injury, construction and construction defect, commercial and complex litigation, product liability, premises liability, transportation, and data privacy. Mary utilizes her extensive experience working with her clients for efficient case resolution in both state and federal courts, and she has successfully defended and resolved numerous cases prior to trial through motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions. Prior to joining SpyratosDavis LLC, Mary honed her litigation skills in both the public and private sectors in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, construction negligence, construction defects, commercial and complex litigation, product liability, premises liability, transportation, municipal defense, tort immunity, toxic torts, and appellate work.

Mary is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. She served on the Chicago Bar Association's Alliance for Women's Executive Committees, and she previously served as the Chair and Vice Chair of the Civil Practice Committee and in the Investigative Division of the Judicial Evaluation Committee. Mary serves as an arbitrator for the Cook County Law Division Mandatory Arbitration Commercial Calendar and Personal Injury Calendar and the Civil Division Mandatory Arbitration Calendar. Mary also taught as an Adjunct Professor at the graduate and undergraduate levels in Lewis University's Criminal/Social Justice and Public Administration program.
