Barrett focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense, subrogation, civil litigation, and personal injury.
While in law school, he clerked for the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and also assisted U.S Veterans at the Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic at the University of Illinois-Chicago Law School. Barrett chose a career in law as a way to advocate for and advise clients while seeking a fair and just resolution.
Outside of court, Barrett is an IHSA (Illinois High School Association) and NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) baseball umpire. Barrett lives in Chicago, IL.
