James (Jim) P. Marsh serves as Of Counsel to the firm. Jim has extensive experience in insurance coverage, complex litigation, and appeals. His writing has frequently been published, and there are several published Illinois Appellate and Supreme Court opinions concerning appeals he has handled.

Jim attended law school at night, working full time to fund his education. Outside of work, Jim enjoys sports, playing guitar, and spending time with his family.
